I, W.P. McGee tax assessor of Winston County do hereby solemnly swear that I have faithfully endeavored to ascertain and assess all persons and property in the county of Winston and that I have not omitted any person or thing through favor or partiality and have administered the oath required in each case.  The tax payor signing the said oath or authorizing me to do so for them in their presents.  Wherein my power to do so and the foregoing pages contains a correct list of said assessment, so help me God.
