Estate of Margaret Lindsey, minor

The estate of Margaret Lindsey minor, in account with H. L. Canterbury guardian. Fifth annual account May term 1850.

The said guardian prays allowance of the following disbursements made by him on behalf of his ward. To wit:

And of my account for board cloth & from t he 15th April 1849 to this 30th May 1850.

Inclusive. $89.80

May term 20 day 1850.

The said guardian charges himself with the following sums of money received by him on behalf of his said ward to wit:

This amount as a balance due examined and allowed by this court the 15th day of April 1849.

$1147.55
Amount of interest on the above from the 15th day
of April 1849 up to 20th May 1850.
$ 103.08
To amt. of receipts to this date. $1280.54
Total amt. of disbursements to this date. $ 89.80
Amt. remaining due at this date. $ 1190.74

Personally appeared before me, H. G. Woodruff clerk of the Probate Court in and for said county. H. L.Canterbury guardian of the person and estate of Margaret Lindsey who being first duly sworn deposeth and saith that the above annual account as stated is true and correct.
